NexJ may also collect publically available information like biographical information from your employer’s web-site or information from your profile on business networking sites like LinkedIn. NexJ uses the relationship hierarchy feature of its CRM software to maintain information about your professional relationships such as your employer or previous employer, your administrative assistant, your boss or relationships to other organizations that you may have such as participation in industry groups. If you have a publically available photograph or you provide us with a photograph NexJ may store a photograph with your Personal Contact Information. NexJ may also store additional personal information like interests with your Personal Contact Information.
